Welcome to Inside Mindful, your window into the work of the Mindful Foundation—the organization behind Mindful magazine and Mindful.org. While our publications are well-known, our foundation’s role in advancing mindfulness for social change often goes unseen. This blog will change that.

What Is the Mindful Foundation?

The Mindful Foundation is more than a media organization. We use our expertise to:

  • Promote authentic mindfulness practices for personal and societal well-being
  • Support mindfulness champions bringing these practices into workplaces, schools, and communities
  • Drive social innovation through scalable mindfulness initiatives
